We do have a ring bell located at the front of the lobby and inside, next to the key dispenser, if you (or any other guests) find that they aren't able to connect their phone when they arrive. Hi Mark,So sorry for the confusion, we were awaiting our delivery on the day you stayed as there was some confusion with the courier. When we realized we would be short on bar soap if they didn't deliver, our manager was sent to purchase it from the local store to bridge the gap just in case while we waited for the package. We're sorry if it didn't reach you. If you ever have an issue like this while staying with us please text or call the front desk, we will be sure to resolve it straight away. We're so sorry again for the trouble, the issue with the delivery of our Beekman amenities has since been resolved and we are once again fully stocked.
