「Booked two rooms for 2 nights, the executive rooms looks clean but it was right below the loud generators. Customer service is decent and the hotel is very safe security wise. The lack of adequate parking leaves a lot to be desired and their free breakfast must be eaten in the restaurant or you pay 500 Naira to have it brought up to the room not to forget the poor WIFI. Overall the staff were excellent and the hotel remains one of the decent ones in the area.」

「I should have anticipated the service from the moment i walked into the reception... Despite calling the hotel manager for directions a day before checking in, the receptionist was totally unaware of my reservation. The swimming pool was dirty, WiFi was suspiciously down throughout my stay and some water pipes had broken, leaving constant drips on the stairwell and in the first room i was given.
