「Rented a cabin for the long weekend. NOT what we expected based on the online pics of the cabins. Did not have the "Maine cabin" vibe at all - more like 1980s RV interior design. Vertical blinds on sliding doors were missing some sections so no real privacy. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hot water lasted about 3 mins, so showering or washing dishes was tricky - to say the least. Not so friendly RV "neighbors" who felt it ok to have a projected light show, and be loud and obnoxious past 10 pm. We...

「Everything went smoothly, the place was very,very clean. The mattress was soft like other reviews indicate but good enough to sleep. I enjoy the morning coffee. Our suite was nice and spacious.The town is not too far from Bar Harbor, I would go back there again.」

「Nice clean place, but one of the rooms was not how it was pictured. Instead of a queen, it had bunk beds. Water pressure was great upstairs but low downstairs in the bathroom. Also, ice maker didn't work. Great location」

「The staff member at concierge was great. The view is nice, the room comfortable. I wish there were cross-ventilation in the room because the air was moist and had a smell. The air conditioner didn’t seem to help things flow or stay dry. Also the Kuerig wasn’t clean inside. Otherwise nice place close to bridge to island.」

We had a private balcony overlooking a large lot where the kids played. It felt secluded even though it’s on a main road, walking distance to a bakery and coffee shop. The airport across the street was charming and we enjoyed watching the planes take off and land. Thank you to these great hosts!」

「As a solo traveler, I honestly don’t understand why this place has such a low rating. It was exactly what I needed for my trip. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great hot water after long days of hiking, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I appreciated getting fresh towels every day since I was showering twice a day because of the heat and all the hiking. 「Great helpful staff. Loved the breakfast in a bag and being able to do laundry. My only complaint was pool was not working and I choose it over others bc I really enjoy swimming after a long drive. But room was comfortable and very clean.」

「It is a older motel with some rooms remodeled. Great to put your head down for the night. We only stayed 1 night, on arrival got changed and went out, came back to sleep and leave first thing in the AM. Suited my needs」
