"Only thing that I can fault was no exhaust fan in bathroom, otherwise excellent , very friendly accomodating staff and a very enjoyable stay, excellent location and only a 2 minute walk to tram stop that took us to connecting airport bus , thank you for making our trip more enjoyable and hassle free"

"Our unit we stayed in was on the 40th floor it was an amazing view and position. Close to shops and restaurants. But Safe was broken and main bed was very saggy on the right had side. Bed needs replacing but all else was very good "

"Staff were great and hotel/facilities also. It was disappointing that we were here in January and booked the same toom type but hotel policy changed and we didnt get daily cleaning. This was extremely inconvenient as we had to constantly ask for towels, soap, tissues and toilet paper"
