立地は最高。安い！アメニティに若干の不満ありお湯は出ます。インターネット回線は非常に日本に比べて遅いですが無料で使えるので文句は言いません。

部屋はいまいち

現地事務所が手配。自分のオフィスに近い、ということで選ばれた模様。部屋に冷蔵庫が欲しかったですね。大通りに面していますが、インドネシア特有か、道路横断が極めて危険です。

Nice hotel, best and healthy welcome juice.

Experienced faulty kettle, called receptionist, they immediately replaced the kettle..best breakfast buffet, my family loves the breakfast buffet

HOUSEKEEPING

VERY POOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE.. NO SOAP, NO TOILET TISSUE, WE HAVE TO BUY OUR OWN, TOWELS ARE GREY COLORED WITH HOLES. WHEN WE NOTIFIED THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT, THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED US. WE HAD VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE FOR 5 DAYS!

Nice hotel. Centre of city. Good staff.

Bfast menu can be better. Otherwise a good Hotel located centre to teh city. Excellent pool and rooms were clean and tidy.

will not stay again

second stay was not good ,bathroom dirty,2 singles instead of queen bed,breakfast was not like my first visit but the area is very good.

Close to city and tunjungan plaza.

Good service. Fast checkin and checkout. Nice and cheap buffet dinner. No spa as advertised.

La connexion Internet n'a jamais vraiment bien fonctionné malgré mes réclamations. Bizarrement, alors que dans ce pays, une majorité de personnes maîtrise l'anglais, dans cet hôtel, j'ai eu toutes les peines du monde pour rencontrer du personnel qui le comprenait et le parlait. Le restaurant est à proscrire. Nourriture sans intérêt et le plus souvent de très mauvaise qualité. Le buffet est un ramassis de plats qui ont souvent plusieurs jours. Je me demande encore comment je ne suis pas tombé malade. Manifestement, il manque également des étagères ou des tiroirs dans les chambres pour qui veut sortir son linge de la valise pour un séjour prolongé.

Friendly and polite staff

Staff has good attitude. Maintenance staff arrived fast after we called about the air con. However towels in room are insufficient. Only 2 bath towels and floor mats. No towel for hair. Bed is huge and comfy.

Very small boutique hotel

I'm not quite sure if it can be categorized as 4 stars hotel. I'm kind of leaning towards 3 "stars". The room is very small even we booked "alexandrite" room. No extra chairs in the room so if you expect any guess (visiting you while you're in town) - you should see them in the lobby. Overall, it was not too bad.

Proses cek in dan cek out yang cepat. Lokasi sangat strategis hanya sayang tidak dilengkapi dengan lahan parkir yang memadai. Tamu dikenakan biaya untuk valey parking. Menu sarapan pagi yang sederhana

Kurang nyaman untuk berlibur keluarga

Ruangan kamar terlalu sempit dan kurang nyaman dalam beraktifitas, apalagi untuk berlibur bersama keluarga kurang direkomendasi. Menu makanan kurang menarik dan kurang bervariasi.

Een gemiddeld hotel

Op zich een normaal hotel echter het restaurant was niet beschikbaar i.v.m. besloten party en het alternatief was de bar met band en 45 min. wachten op de maaltijd en gesprek onmogelijk. De afknapper was het ontbijt dat 10 min. voor het einde uitgedroogd brood leverde, koud omelet die opnieuw na opmerking werd opgewarmd en echt vuile vloeren, banken en stoelen zodat je het liefst zo snel mogelijk weg wilde. Gewoon verre van proper.

Good location, enjoy the Happy hour promo!

Was here for business trip, arrived at hotel for check in at about 4pm, only 1 person handling some guests. Take a while for check in. Room is ok, found some ants in the bathroom, and the air conditions make lots of noise, I think it need proper maintenance and cleaning. Breakfast was ok, lots of choices. what I enjoy in this hotel is the happy hour in the castle lounge (lvl 6) for the drinks. Overall was ok, good service and warm welcome from the team!

Good value

Everything was good, room, breakfast and service. Didn't manage to find the spa though but the pool was good enough. Overall decent value for money for the centre of town.
