This charming holiday apartment on the island of Brac is located on the upper floor of a well-maintained house in Supetar - just around 200 metres from the sea. The quiet location in a green residential area offers the ideal retreat for all those who want to combine relaxation with comfort and proximity to the beach.



On 60 m² of living space, up to four people can comfortably find room. The apartment has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and cosy seating area, the other with two single beds and a desk. The combined living and dining area is equipped with a two-seater sofa, SAT-TV, dining table and air conditioning. The adjoining kitchen includes everything necessary for self-catering, including cooker, oven, refrigerator and freezer compartment.



From the living area, you access the covered, private balcony with seating for four people - ideal for breakfast with a sea view or relaxed evenings outdoors.



Wi-Fi, bedding and towels are included. A baby cot is available upon request. Pets are not permitted.



In the outdoor area, a heated pool is available to you (weather-dependent, mostly until October). For children, there is a small playground with a slide and swing. The well-maintained garden invites you to linger, an outdoor shower and a barbecue option are available by arrangement. Bicycles can be used (subject to availability).



Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity (each approximately 100 m), the town centre of Supetar is about 600 metres away. In the surrounding area, you can expect numerous leisure activities such as water sports, hiking, boat trips or cultural excursions – ideal for active holidaymakers, families or couples.



The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be settled separately on site.



This accommodation is an ideal starting point for a versatile island holiday – relaxed, close to nature, and well-connected.

Perfect setting on beautiful island

The apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet part of Supetar, 5 mins walk to a beautiful beach and 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and harbour.The apartment was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Dario, the host, was really helpful and communicative. We could not have chosen better!One small thing to note is that the on-site parking is on a driveway which is a single car width, so some juggling was necessary when it came to getting our car in and out at certain times. Other than that it was excellent!!
