「Excellent property just as listed. Actually, larger than I expected it to be. Softest bedding ever. Good location. Went to Superior for fishing. Less than 15 min from several boat ramps. Wing place at end of the street is next level. It was a little tight on the parking with my boat but I made it work. Very comfortable place. I would stay there again」

「We were in town for the Airshow and sightseeing. Close to Duluth and not far from shopping and restaurants! We enjoyed the charming house with old school details, but modern kitchen and flowering plants around the house! Ample seating in dining room and living room! It was a great weekend! Also appreciated the short check out list!」

「The property was clean and guest ready! Perfectly located in an area of town close to restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed the theme in the house. The enchanted forest had us looking everyday for new decorations in every corner. We had to go to Duluth for the marathon and it was super easy right over the bridge. All a great experience !!!」

「I would recommend one improvement. The tv in the bedroom should be on a wall mount for easier viewing as the seating in front blocks the bottom portion of the TV. It also would allow the AC to operate more efficiently as the tv is right in front of the unit.Sorry, you asked.」

「The house was clean and communication was wonderful. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple hours! As others said, the house is old and there was a slight musty. Overall, the house worked well for us and the proximity to Duluth was nice.」

「Cute house across the bridge from Duluth. Perfect for our mountain biking trip. We appreciated the central air and comfy bed after a hot day of riding, and the garage was a nice bonus for safely storing our bikes. While we didn't use it, the kitchen was well-appointed. Lots of nice touches here and there. Great base camp for 1-2 couples or a small family!」

「Check in and communication was good. Good location to be near to many points of interest and activities. Property description should have been updated to reflect details of AC and status of garage. The AC was 1 window unit in 1 bedroom upstairs. It was not sufficient to keep sleeping area cool, even with the property supplied fans. The downstairs was completely un-air conditioned. This may not have been an issue other times of the year but it was exceptionally hot during our stay, and that is...
