The apartment is open, airy, and modern, with tasteful decorations and new furnishings throughout. It is air-conditioned and has a spacious patio, perfect for enjoying an afternoon beverage while taking in the cooling sea breezes. Two flat screen TV’s. Bath and separate shower in main bathroom with separate toilet.



Kitchen:

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, pans, crockery, cutlery, and other cooking implements for your convenience. There is also a coffee pod machine, sandwich press, air fryer.



Starter Supplies:

We strive to keep cleaning costs to a minimum, so we provide the following starter supplies:

You are required to purchase your own supplies after this initial provision. Please note that we do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels. All linen is provided and is from Premium Linen Service.

Upon booking, if you haven’t already provided them, we will ask for details of your group and information about your trip to the coast. We value our property and the well-being of our neighbours.



Cleaning Fees:

The cleaning charge for your stay is based on a normal clean. If guests leave garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/smell/burns (which we will clean or repair), additional cleaning and replacement costs will be levied.
