Spread over three luxurious levels, this newly built four-bedroom holiday home combines modern design with breathtaking 180-degree ocean views. The top-floor entry level features open-plan living with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas flowing seamlessly to a covered alfresco deck, plus the master retreat with ensuite and spectacular ocean outlook.

The lower level offers a second living area, children’s bunk room, and two additional bedrooms (queen and king, with the king splittable into two singles on request), each with ensuites. A freestanding bath in the main bathroom provides a relaxing retreat. Step out to another covered alfresco space, perfect for breakfast in the fresh ocean air.

Follow the stairs to the private pool area, complete with sun lounges for lazy afternoons under the sun. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, with a Bosch gas cooktop, Smeg wall oven, stone benchtops, large French-door fridge, Nespresso machine, and walk-in pantry. Great property, beautiful house with beautiful scenes. The pool is freezing even when in the sun all day long. That kinda sucked. But otherwise. Was amazing! Beach overpass not even 3 minute walk away. Lovely locals. Driveway is steep!! I'm talking going down on angles!!! And coming out the same way! Or you scrape. But that's it. Hosts where lovely! Starter pack was perfect. We will be back
