Property was comfortable and had all the amenities you need for a great stay with kids. We enjoyed the pool and bbq area. Short Walking distance to restaurants and boat hire and bus stop right outside that takes you straight into Noosa Heads. Very quiet in the evenings.

Nice clean apartment very convenient for bars and restaurants. Well run establishment with three separate pools, loungers and bbqs. Away from the main centre of Noosa so quieter but exactly what we were looking for.

The apartment was lovely and the location is ideal for walking to all the restaurants and bars in Noosaville. It is also a very short walk to the Noosa Ferry stop.

Clean, bright, fresh apartment which was fabulous as we were travelling with our 3 young adult children. Pool and bbq were clean; kitchen was well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything you need is in the kitchen. Laundry facilities were new. Clean apartment, pool area and grounds. Beautiful setting. Close to buses. Love to take a bottle of wine and watch the sunsets by the river 1 block away. The whole area was pretty and spotless!

Lovely clean unit, with a very comfortable main bed. We had a smart TV which was great, but our friends in another unit didnt. The unit was very well contained. Didnt use the pool as weather not warm enought for us. Bus stop is outside the Unit which is very handy. Downside is the Bedroom window only has vertical blinds, and the light was so bright in the morning. There is no Air Con in the bedrooms, but one in living area. Great to stay in cooler months when you dont need air con in the bedroom.

We were initially given an apartment in a block next to the main resort. The apartment block had a shabby appearance from the outside with none of the lovely gardens that feature in the actual resort. Inside the apartment was also shabby - old, worn out furnishings and carpet stains. It also had a terrible aspect, the front balcony overlooked the back of the resort. We asked for another room and were pleased to be offered a much better apartment in the main resort. Overall very disappointing to be given such poor accommodation initially and although we’ve stayed here many times over the years, I would hesitate to book again after this.
