The Space:
Welcome to your canal-front, pet-friendly retreat in Pelican Waters, a peaceful location just minutes from Caloundra’s beaches, shops, and cafés. Step through the striking entry and into a spacious, light-filled home designed for waterfront living. At the heart of the house, a sleek open-plan kitchen with stone benchtops, premium appliances, and generous island seating flows effortlessly into the main living and dining areas, perfect for gathering with family and friends.
Slide open the doors to reveal the outdoor entertaining zone: a resort-style pool, wood fire pizza oven, BBQ, Bali hut, and private pontoon. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee by the water, a sunset paddle on the canal, or perfecting your putt on the green, every detail invites relaxation and connection. This property is also pet-friendly, so your furry friends can join in on the fun! Back inside, multiple living areas cater to groups large and small, including a cinema-style lounge, ceiling fans, and ducted air conditioning throughout. Free-to-air TV is available in the BBQ area, while FTA TV and apps is available in the lounge.
Upstairs, the king-size primary suite is a retreat of its own, complete with a walk-in wardrobe and luxury ensuite with a spa bath. Two additional queen bedrooms are located on this level, while downstairs offers a queen, a twin room, and two more bathrooms, ideal for families or multi-generational stays.

Entire property available for guest use, plus a double garage. There will be a lockbox with a code to access the key for easy, self check in.

Getting Around:
Getting around by car is best option however you can walk to some nice locations, shops, parks etc.
Taxis, Ubers and public transport buses also available.
Other Things to Note:
Unfortunately the boat on the pontoon is not for guest use.
*This property is pet-friendly for 2 small-medium dogs upon application. A $100 pet fee per pet will be applied upon your accepted application.
*Please note the pool is not heated.
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*Strictly must be over the age of 25 to book.
*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
