Beautiful 4 bedroom home, private pool and golf cart.

The wonderful palm trees surrounding our property give complete privacy. Very spacious floor plan designed to suit the sunny climate of Noosa with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Large folding doors open up the whole living area to the breeze of the outdoor living areas. Also including is a large Weber BBQ and lap swimming pool. Fabulous kitchen with all equipment, 4 bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms and one single guest bathroom. Master suite includes en suite with bidet toilet. Excellent privacy between bedrooms. The use of a new Golf Cart included which you can drive to golf or breakfast.

Great and not so Great

The property really suited our needs with three bathrooms good sized bedrooms and plenty of living space and an adequate resourced kitchen. However, there were no instruction about rubbish collection or lighting or how to work the TV. That would have been helpful. No gas when we wanted to bbq was really disappointing and we also had to clean oven trays and descale the coffee machine before we could use them. By chance discovered there needs to be a good clean under the beds. Just took the shine off what was a beautiful residence.
