Be sure to visit the well known Bulli restaurant, famous for its pizzas. With nearby parks, walking tracks and ocean breezes, this is a perfect base for a relaxed coastal escape.

This retreat is ideally located in a small two-story building with only four other units. It offers a peaceful, private, and restful environment.
The apartment features:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 (Loft): 2 x Single Beds (accessible via a ladder)
Lounge: 1 x Double Sofa Bed
The apartment comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. You can choose between the loft or the fold-out sofa bed in the lounge, making it suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Please note that the loft area, which is only accessible by ladder, is not recommended for children under 8 years old.
Parking:
There is garage parking for one vehicle on the ground floor, accessible from Petrie Avenue. Your parking spot is marked with a silver number 5 above the space. Additional street parking is available in front of the apartment building.
Access:
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by stairs in the shared courtyard. A lockbox with the apartment keys is located at the front door. You will be sent the code to the lockbox prior to your arrival.
Bathroom:
The bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and toilet.
Laundry:
The building has a communal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Please note, we do not provide laundry detergent.
Dining:
The dining table inside seats 4 guests, and the balcony also has a table that accommodates 2 guests.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, cooktop, plates, cutlery, kettle, toaster, and more, so you can easily prepare meals during your stay.
Start-Up Supplies:
To help get you started, we provide tea, coffee, milk, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet. After these are used, you will need to purchase your own. We do not provide sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels. All linen is provided as part of our Premium Linen Service. Beach towels are also included for your convenience.
Important Notes:
This property is not for parties, events, functions, or schoolies groups. We kindly ask that you refrain from requesting to host any of these events here. If you plan to use the apartment for these purposes, we ask that you book elsewhere.
On booking, we will request details about your group and your purpose for visiting the coast. We take pride in our apartment and value the well-being of our neighbours. If we receive complaints regarding parties, events, functions, or disturbances, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask you to vacate the premises immediately. We cannot stress enough that this property is ideal for families, friends, and small groups seeking a quiet and peaceful stay.
Cleaning Charges:
The cleaning charge covers a normal clean of the apartment. If the property is left with excessive garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or a cigarette smell, additional cleaning fees and replacement costs will be charged.
