We regret that you had issues with fans and lights not working in your cabin, please know, if ever you have a maintenance issue we are always eager to resolve it so please don't hesitate to let us know, our maintenance team are always available to fix any issue you may have during your stay. We can also appreciate that affordability is important to you and we regret that you felt the accommodation was overpriced, keeping in mind the 295 was inclusive of 4 people cabin and we still feel our park is still the most affordable accommodation in our area considering its amazing location and also being a peak period over the school holidays.Once again we regret that your experience with us was a negative one and we wish you all the best and hope that you may consider staying with us again some day.

The Queen Cabin you stayed in doesn't have a sofa and we try to make this as transparent as possible with the images used online so that our guests can see exactly what the accommodation looks and meets their expectations on arrival. The particular cabin you stayed in is one of our more basic studio style cabins. I would recommend trying one of our 1 & 2 Bedroom Villas or 2 Bedroom Holiday Homes as they more room and all have sofa's in them for more comfort.We want to thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to see you again on your next holiday adventure.

We are extremely sorry about the water being cut off, an excavator had hit a water pipe and water had to be immediately turned off to fix this, it took a little longer than expected and was off for 45 minutes and we apologise for the inconvenience of this. We are sorry that this wasn't communicated with you at check in as it had only just happened and we endevour to do better next time. We are currently in the works of implementing an SMS system so that we can better communicate with our guests in emergency situations. We also appreciate your feedback about the cabin and we regret to hear that the cabin wasn't 100% to your satisfaction. Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback Edward and we regret that we didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. We can appreciate that making the spare beds can be bothersome, however unlike a hotel our other beds are not always utilised in every reservation, so in order to meet strict hygiene regulations we issue fresh linen packs at check-in to those guests who have included them in their reservations. Although not every tourist park operates this way, this is not an uncommon practice in tourist parks. We are also sorry to hear that the pool closed on the day of your stay, however this was unexpected and necessary due to a young child defecating in the pool. The pool has to be chemically treated when this happens and this takes a number of hours to do unfortunately. We advise guests with young children that they must wear a swimming nappy but unfortunately some guests ignore instructions. Once again we regret that your experience with us was a negative one and we wish you all the best and hope that you may consider staying with us again some day.

We regret to hear that the cabin you stayed in didn't meet your expectations, we had upgraded you for free from the Studio Queen Cabin you had booked (which doesn't have a sofa) to a 2 Bedroom Villa as we thought your family would like the extra space but we are sorry to hear that it still felt cramped. We would highly recommend staying in our 2 Bedroom Holiday Homes if you were wanting a larger living area and larger TV.
