  • Enjoy the beautiful golf course views from the enclosed all season 2nd floor porch, with sliding glass windows, One of the few buildings with an elevator. The fully equipped kitchen includes stove and dishwasher. This is a one bedroom (800 sq.ft.) fully furnished golf villa in Champions at Sea Trail. Unit sleeps 2. Within walking distance to the newly renovated Sea Trails Convention Center and Bistro55, https://www.seatrail.com/55bistrobar/. Located 2 miles from Sunset Beach and 3 miles from Calabash (great sea food). Sea Trail has three golf courses. Champions Condos have their own gated outdoor pool. No cleaning chores at checkout, that is what the cleaning fee is for.

The location of this property is excellent. Very nice neighborhood, quiet and beautifully landscaped. The condo is always very clean, kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials needed to cook meals. Coffee, wine and bottled waters were provided when we arrived. Overall our stay was great. We really enjoy Sunset Beach!

Great Place

This was a great little property. The owners really thought if just about everything. Very easy communication. Very easy check in and very comfortable. Close to everything we like to do and most important quiet when we didn't want to do anything.

It was a perfect getaway. The place was perfect for us and the special package gifted by the hosts was a nice surprise. In a perfect spot to enjoy the beaches, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful and beautiful in the evening. Definitely would stay here again and again!!!

The condo was great. Has everything needed including beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Really convenient. It is close to the beach, dining and shopping. We even went out on a Dolphin cruise. It was wonderful. Has a great time and would definitely stay there again. Eric is a great host.

Very comfortable vacation!

This was perfect for a couple. The screened porch on the East side was great for late in the afternoon & evening. We could not have asked for a better equips kitchen. The owner was easy to communicate with& provided a delightful stay.

Sea Trail Sunset Each

Our stay was wonderful at this villa in Sea Trail. Our hosts could not be more accommodating. Amenities galore inside the community. Sunset beach was just a five minute ride away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Thank you to our hosts for making our visit stress free.

This place was clean, very nicely decorated and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The swimming pool was nice. Parking lot is convenient, easy to find a spot to park,Outside area is lighted up very well at night, the elevator makes it nice instead of climbing stairs.

Exploration of Sunset Beach

Well-maintained condo in a very convenient location. Nice view of 10th fairway of golf course from comfortable screen porch. Kitchen contains everything you need to function smoothly. Comfy bed. Really appreciated all the hooks to hang clothing and rack in bathroom for toiletries.Host provided great communication. Would not hesitate to book this location again.

The PERFECT place to stay in Sunset Beach, NC

I fell in love with Eric and Marietta's home by the pictures on VRBO. We were so surprised when we arrived. The condo is absolutely gorgeous inside. The furnishings are up to date and the color scheme is matched beautifully. We found the condo to be conveniently located and didn't need to drive a long way for succulent seafood. We know we've found a hidden gem in Sunset Beach and will return next year for another relaxing week.

Clean and quiet

This is the second time we stayed at this condo and it was just as we remembered, clean and quiet. This is a perfect place for a couples get away for some relaxation. The condo was clean and very nice. The only issue we had was the patio had an odor to it, but I'm sure that was from the storm that just cone through the area a week before our stay. I mentioned it to the owner and he responded quickly stating he would look into it.
