"I loved my stay at the Inn, service was excellent. Front desk was always staffed with friendly folks. Self-serve complimentary snacks, soda and bottled water was a lifesaver. The welcome beer/wine was nice. The rooms were cute, ours had fun themes. Rooms were quiet, clean, spacious and I had a fireplace. The little balcony was nice for morning coffee. Room service was good, I loved the butler pantry and not having to let someone into my room super early. Dinner at Hemlock was so good! The bed was comfy, plenty of pillows. We made good use of the free shuttle around town, it was a nice personal experience. Everyone was so friendly! I would absolutely stay here again, one of my favorite hotel stays! "

"Close to highway "

"Love these hotels, however, there was a lot of noise above us(running and jumping) and I asked the gal at the front desk if she could politely ask the people above us to stop the running and jumping because we had listened to it for hours!! Her comment was,”We can only contact someone for “excessive noise” and only after 10pm. To me, it was excessive and the response was rude. We had to turn up our TV because the noise was “excessive “."
