WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !!! AVOID IT !!

I booked with wotif for 4 nights from 1st to 4 September, they took me money from my visa card straight away !! I try definitely reach the person to have the information before our arrival, NO ANSWER at all till today. A person on site assist us and try to contact the manager of the building, he gave us the code to get in and what a surprise !! Nothing for us except A messy room, towels on the floor, a full rubbish bin !!! unmade bed. A WARM WELCOME for us !!! At this time, no body apologize, money still took !!! The worst experience we had since we travel !!! Avoid it !!!
Stayed 4 nights in Aug 2017
