"Check in and room service staff is good but property needs to be refurbished especially doors and grouts. Although lights & aircons are turned on before our arrival, staff still need to check if the aircon, tvs are working well before every check in. Cleanliness can be improved. Dish soap was given the used ones - I saw dirt and food crumbs in it. Perhaps can change to the liquid one. We had dead cockoaches lying around the house. Pool not clean too.. pool floor has lots of rough objects. The whole area was pitch dark at night. Need transport to go out to main clubhouse. Won't return."

"very convenient as KSL mall is just next door and lots of eateries outside .lotus supermarket and food street is just basement of mall. weather rainy does not affect and large night market Monday starts 4pm till late night outside hotel all the way to grand paragon hotel as road closed for the night pasar malam."

"Nice looking resort that is situated very close to a private beach. Enjoyed the lush look of the resort. Breakfast was good with local delights like Roti Canai, Nasi Lemak, Dimsum. Staff were helpful and a treat to deal with. Some downsides: - There is sound leaking into the bedroom from the corridor. We heard people shouting outside our rooms at 12am. I would imagine better sound proofing would have been present in a 5 star hotel but apparently not. - The thermostat aircon in our room did not work as intended. The room takes a long time to cool and there is a big discrepancy in the temperature set on the touch panel VS actual temperature in the room. - The floor leading to the pool gets really hot as there's not much shade so beware if you're walking barefoot on the exposed tiles. - Swimming pool temperature is a tad hot. I wore an Apple watch and it measured the water temperature as 34C !? I understand it's relative to the sun & weather outside (which was scorching) but 34C is really hot and unpleasant to be in. It felt like a heated pool and it was more suitable for a cold/cooler country. The ideal temperature should be 27C to 30C so guests can cool off in the pool and not get sous vide instead. I think the downsides marred the overall experience and makes it feel like a 4 or 4.5 star hotel."

"Enjoyed my stay at this hotel with outstanding service from the staff (especially Amira and the restaurant/bar staff) and good standard of food in the restaurant. The seafood buffet meal was particularly good value. Room was comfortable and clean. "
