Room conditions doesn’t same with advertisement

Not same with pictures as shown during booking. Room too small with no window. Room and toilet smell cigarette so bad. I cannot breath and suffered headache with the horrible smell.

Comfy bed,new and clean hotel

Overall is acceptable, one thing need to improve the sound proof, can hear the next door or opposite roomwalking up and down the staircase in the room.

Value for money hotel

It was a simple room with all basic needs fulfilled. It was near and very clean. Very reasonable price for the short stay.

The receptionist was quite friendly. Overall is good but not excellent. Have to be more specific on the free parking especially during the night the parking spot is full while they said the parking is free, its better if they manage the prking for customer properly. I've also experienced late check-in even i've mention i'll be check in at 11am but i've to check-in after 2pm
