深夜ものすごい雷雨にみまわれたのですが、ベッドの上に水がたまるほど雨漏りして、部屋のあちこちも雨漏りで水だらけになりました。 まだできてから9年しかたっていないということですが、屋根はかなり古い感じだし、ほかの部屋も雨漏りしているのではないかと、疑いたくなるほど、老朽化が進んでいる感じです。

昨年7月に宿泊して2回目の宿泊でした。今回は、父母含め５人で、2ベットルームビラに宿泊しました。最初に案内された部屋がドア故障だったため、直ぐに別の部屋を案内してくれました。運良く枝先の部屋に変更された為、景色も良く、ゆったり過ごせました。客室は少し古いですが、文句なし。今回は自転車が全て新品に改善されており、子供は自転車にずっと乗ってました。

豪華ホテルリゾートでした
水上コテージに泊まりましたが部屋が広く、くつろげるバルコニーも付いているので、コテージから出たくなくなるくらい快適でした。スタッフの方は英語でのやり取りにはなりますが、どの方も親切に対応してくださり、チェックアウトまで気持ち良く滞在できました。豪華なホテルにお値打ちに泊まれますので、次回はこちらのホテルに宿泊することを主な目的にして、又マレーシアに行きたいです

スタッフは親切！
クアラルンプール観光が目的で、一日だけ郊外のこのホテルに滞在しました。 小学生含む家族四人です。　フライトの関係で、朝早くにホテルにつきましたが、 別料金を取るわけでもなくアーリーチェックインをしてくれました。 klcc空港から、タクシーで４０分未満でした。　噂通り、ヤシ科の植物の茂る高速？を ひたすら走ります。料金は３０００円ぐらいでした。ただし、ホテルからブキッビンタンまで、２５０リンギット、ちょっと高いですよ。 ツイン２部屋をブッキングしていたのですが、なぜか１部屋のみ。確認して下さい、というと、 スタッフみんなで確認して「確かに２部屋のはず。安心して。」といい、アップグレードした ４人一部屋の一室を用意してくれました。 移動は、ゴルフの時使用するカートみたいなもの。スタッフは、人種のるつぼで、ネパール、中華、 マレーシアと様々で、英語もなまっていて聞きにくいですが、みんなとっても親切で、にこにこしています。チェックインもアウトもわりとスムーズでした。他の外国人観光客も、みんな上品で、（一部サイトで行儀悪いと書かれていましたが、そんなこと全くありませんでした。）まったり過ごしてました。昼間、干潮になると、果てしなく海水なくなり、無数の小さな蟹が現れ、子供大喜びしてました。

Good resort 良いリゾートでした
We stayed 4 days at Canary Palm Villa (82sqm). This resort was built a few years ago, therefore the room was clean, Panasonic TV was new with many programs(some of them are required charge), the view was nice from two balconies. Bath room amenities were short because there was only 1 set of shampoo & body soap for 2 bath(shower) rooms. Tooth brashes, a razor were not provided. Every morning Bila-Bila restaurant at club house offered buffet breakfast with variety of Asian style menu, that's so nice. During my stay, I dined at several restauranst (Bila-Bila, Perahu, Stimbot, Sepoi-Sepoi, Hai Sang Lou), I think their taste was avarage or above. Some of staff are kind and cheerful, so I felt happy, but some staff lacked a spilit of service without attention to the table. I hope they improve more. I joined bicycle tour, beach volleyball, canoe by the shore and mangrove tour. I felt the staff of activities supported their guests very well. I enjoyed go-cart and archery at Extrem park, too. Water of the sea was not clear because of shallow and muddy flats. There was no tropical fish at all, but at the time of low tide I could see lots of small crabs. I don't recommend this resort to those who seek clear water and blue ocean. As a conclusion, I enjoyed my holiday with affordable price and nice enviroment.

The worst experience in Malaysia
It was the worst experience. The buffet restaurant staff were unfriendly, and the restaurant itself was very limited. On the way back to the airport, Grab ride service wasn't available. The only positive aspect was that the lounge staff and drivers were somewhat friendly. I would recommend going to a hotel in Kuala Lumpur instead.

The hotel is nice for a quiet retreat nothing much to do beyond that, the food is good starting with an extensive breakfast buffet. It need a lot of maintenance and cleaning of those rooms that were painted as a lot of paint residue and spots were left on the headboard.

飯店本身滿舊的了，位置滿偏的不方便，但主要價格不算很貴以海上屋來說，如果想體驗下海上VILLA可以來住住，但不要12月來，雨季，雨超大，玩水也不方便.

The route to reception is very impressive, with waterfalls and fountains, giving a very attractive facade. Lighting at the desk is far too bright, making it difficult to read the forms to sign at check-in. The room was very comfortable and welcoming, well designed and a lovely welcome gift of balloons and fruit to wish me happy birthday. A lovely touch, although it wasn't my birthday. There are plenty of places to eat, with good choice, but it's forbidden to bring your own food and drink and the mark up on drinks is substantial. I genuinely had one of the best steaks I've ever eaten for an evening meal, and breakfast was very well stocked with various food options. It was almost impossible to find cutlery and glassware, and somewhat disappointing to see flies around the pastries and watching a small child licking things to see if she liked them (then returning them to the counter). While this is a parenting issue, staff were oblivious to it and it rendered much of the food, for me, inedible. Staff were very polite and courteous, and the fire show was very entertaining. Had a very relaxing weekend stay, with no major issues. I'd definitely book to stay again if in the region.

Let down by f&b
A beautiful resort with lovely rooms but sadly let down by its f&b offering. First night ordered a starter to share and two mains. One main arrived and was finished before the starter turned up 2nd night the Diwali buffet. A lot of empty food not replenished and filthy tables, third night ordered room service. Waited over an hour and was served cold food. Went back to the restaurant with said cold plates and then waited to be served again. Got our food before any drinks. Breakfast was a mess every morning with filthy tables and no cutlery. Pool bar doesn’t have plastic glasses so you can’t actually have a drink by the pool.

Very run down. Toilet had ants and cockroaches. Free parking is deceptive as its inconvenient Breakfast area was leaking when we visited, theres already limited seating. Food had plenty of flies hovering around.
