It was ok Room very worn out, bathroom had a previous leak issue so shower was just mudded not finished and painted Room had no chair to sit in Staff were very nice

The customer service is top-notch. We arrived about half an hour early to drop off our bags, but the front staff checked and let us know that our room was ready! Special shoutout to the door staff as well, since they were always helpful with our questions. The pictures on the website are accurate, both in terms of the common areas and the double queen room that we had booked. The hotel is in a great location, with easy walking access to downtown and other amenities. The bus stop going to the mall and Memorial University is also very close. The gym was excellent and beyond my expectations. It was spacious and had both cardio and weight machines. The windows were large, which allowed natural light to come in. Although I did run outside once, I used the gym several times during my stay. It was always clean. We also enjoyed our meal at Exile restaurant, which is located on the first floor. The cafe downstairs also had a solid assortment of hot drinks, although some of the croissants sold out pretty quickly. Highly recommended!

The hotel is pretty new and well maintained. Staff were friendly. Housekeeping came later in the morning or early afternoon which we appreciated. Decent parking available. Suite had good utensils and cookware. The pool area has no tables or chairs at all, the pool was reasonably warm, the hot tub was dirty with a ton of chlorine, and there wasn’t any towels one of the days we went. We stayed for a week and housekeeping didn’t wipe surfaces, or refill our coffee, cream, and cup properly each day (eg, miss lids, miss a coffee, forget creamer). There was always something missed. The bed was made, towels restocked, and vacuumed but the counters and sink weren’t wiped. One air conditioner didn’t work in the bedroom (we booked the suite) and it made the room really hot each night. The sofa bed was sealed because they said it didn’t fit in the room, but I was pretty sure the description of the room I booked said it was a sofa bed but a sofa (it is a sofa bed but there was some metal strapping holding the mattress into the frame). They did not have any cots on site to assist or an alternate room available. Overall, it was a good stay, hotel, and room. Just a few of the minor details mentioned would have improved the stay. We would stay here again.
