클럽B에서 숙박..방이 길쭉 하다보니 에어컨 바람을 세게 하면 에어컨 가까웃 침대는 춥고 먼 침대는 덥고.. 세컨드 조명도 부족하고 ... 워터파크도 어른이 놀기에는 물이 얕고 시설에 비해 너무 비쌈 돈 주고 들어가기엔 너무 아까움

사진 첨부하는 기능이 없어서 이렇게 남깁니다. 사실 안내 받았던 평수보다 굉장히 작게 느껴졌구요. 그리고 선반에 및 현관에 먼지가 쌓여 있고 벌레 시체가 있어서 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 리조트 라고 해서 상당히 기대를 하고 왔는데, 제가 알고 있는 리조트 규모랑은 차이가 있었던 거 같습니다 무엇보다 같은 가격으로 선택할 수 있는 옵션이 굉장히 많았는데 이 가격에 이정도 실망스럽다고 생각합니다. 관광객 바가지 쓴 기분이었어요.

전반적으로 가격대비 별로였어요. 전체적인 위생상태, 직원들 서비스 등등.. 객실 침대에선 스프링 삐그덕 소리 들리고.. 화장실에는 안전상의 이유로 매트? 깔아놓으신거 같은데 위생적인거 같지 않고.. 인스타에 속아서옴 ㅠ

오션 뷰는 정말 훌륭했으나, 예약 상품에 포함된 바우처를 제공하지 않아 물어보니까 그제서야 제공함. 또 객실에 어메니티가 밀봉되지 않은 사용한 상태의 어메니티가 제공되었으며, 객실은 엘리베이터 앞이였는데, 3층입니다. 1층입니다. 문이 열립니다 같은 소리가 다 들림.

비수기 당일 예약으로 고급 리조트를 저렴한 가격으로 이용할 수 있었던 좋은 기회였습니다 살짝 아쉬운 건 욕실 문이 뚫려 있어서 가족임에도 살짝 불편했고, 옷장에서 음식 냄새가 나서 옷을 걸어둘 수 없었습니다 또 수리, 공사중인 부분이 많아서 동선이 불편하긴 했습니다 그 외에는 전망, 침대사이즈 다 좋았습니다

Room 입구부터 (C동) 공사중인지 공사 자재 등이 방치된 느낌이 있습니다. 안전사고 걱정이 되었습니다. 물론 과정에 있는 부분이지만 좀 더 깔끔히 정리 정돈이 되었으면 더 좋았지 않겠나 싶네요 객실 내 / 외부는 아주 청결하고 좋았습니다. 주차도 넉넉했고 외부 정경도 좋았습니다.

숙박하는데 라테라스가 별도라 그점이 아쉽네요. 다음엔 그냥 다른곳 숙박할것같아요

넓고 깨끗.중간중간 약간의 벗겨짐.따뜻했고 물잘나오고 침구좋아요.어메니티도 괜찮아요

화장실 악취만 빼면 만족스러운 숙박

화장실에서 악취가 계속 났습니다. 침실이나 기타 시설은 만족스러웠지만... 화장실 악취를 제거하기위해 2박동안 여러번 청소를 진행했지만 악취는 안사라졌습니다.

메이크업룸 버튼도 안보이고, 개인휴대전화로 프론트와 연락할 수 있어서 불편했습니다. 깨끗했지만 기다란 화장실 구조, 지상에서 엘레베이터를 타고 내려가야하는 방들이 많았는데 이용하기 낯설고 불편한 점이 많았어요.

Nice Resort

급하게 예약해서 가게된 리조트 였는데 저희가 있던 방은 조금 너후되긴 했는데요 좋은 뷰와 깨끗한 컨디션이 좋았습니다. -노을이 아름다워요 -수영장 풀이 많아서 좋아요 -콘도 형식이라 편했어요 -편의시설이 좋아요 -요트 재밋었어요 또 여수에 오면 방문해 보겠습니다. 수영장에 썬배드가 없는게 조금 아쉬웠지만 요트 패키지, 가성비 좋은 리조트였습니다. 잘쉬고 갑니다.

잠 자는 것 외에 모두 유료. 잠 자는 것도 제트스키 소리, 캐리어 끄는 소리 다 들림 침대 근처에 콘센트 없음 2박동안 객실에서 집게 벌레 두 마리 발견 단점 너무 많은 곳. 최악입니다

오랫동안 라테라스 자주 애용했었는데, 앞으로는 다른 숙소를 가려고 합니다. 1. 수영장 수질이 너무 안좋습니다. 관리가 너무 안되는 것 같아요. 아이와 함께 하는 여행인데, 참...아쉬웠습니다. 갈수록 안좋아지는 것 같아요. 2. 수영장 라이프가드? 분들은 젊은 나이라서 이해는 가지만, 친절함 좀 갖춰줬으면 좋겠습니다. 3. 수영장 이용금액이 어른, 아이 상관없이 한명당 37000원이네요. 너무 비쌉니다. 개인적으로 좋아하는 숙소였는데, 이번에 가서 수영장 수질을 보고 정말 많이 아쉬웠네요 ㅜㅜ

너무 기대했던 숙소인데 수영장이 여러개인거는 좋았지만 수질이 최악입니다.. 특히 아이들 노는 온수물 정말 더럽다 라는 표현이 맞을 정도로 관리가 안되고있습니다 침대 매트리스도 별로라 허리아팠고 욕실 슬리퍼 없어 매우 불편했습니다 직원들 서비스는 좋으나 재방문은 안할꺼같네요

아이와 함께 가볼만한 리조트 추천

평일에 방문해서 좀 더 저렴하게 다녀왔어요 : ) 풀장도 너무 이뿌고 아이들이 모두 들어갈 수 있어서 좋더라구요, 시설자체가 잘되어 있어서 편안하게 즐기긴 했지만 제가 묵은 H동은 습한 냄새가 좀 올라와서 불편하긴 했지만 그래도 이만한 가격으로 잘 지내고 왔습니다

이름보다 실망하고 갑니다.

락스 냄새 너무 심하고 슬리퍼도 없고 심지어 욕실 슬리퍼도 없네요. 수건 걸이도 없어요. 바다뷰는 너무 좋았습니다.
