시내와 가까운 편은 아니다만, 여러 관광지의 중점 정도에 위치하고 있는 숙소입니다. 시내에서 미리 장을 보시고 들어가는 것을 추천합니다. 바다가 보이기는 하지만 기차가 더 많이보이고, 그런데 여수는 온통 바다천지기에 숙소에 되돌아올즈음이면 이미 바다에 질려있었던 상태라 문제되진 않았습니다. 샤워시설은 꽤 훌륭합니다. 다만 모기가 들어오지않게 유의하시고, 키 큰 사람에게는 침대가 조금 짧을 수 있습니다. 그리고 고기굽는 것은 개인테라스에서 바베큐를 신청하여만 될 수 있는거같으니, 유념하시기를 바랍니다.

床やテーブルは清潔。壁と天井は所々に虫が潰れた跡があり。そのうちいくつかはまだ虫がくっついたまま。蚊は一晩で4匹出た。あとはよく分からない小さな虫が1匹。目の前は線路だが、基本徐行運転なので音はあまり気にならない。二重窓がしっかりしてるので、それを閉めれば全然問題なし。

Great place for the price. Make sure you request the owner to bring the bbq grill to your balcony (it costs 20k won) and you can have your own patio bbq right at your room.

Misleading, inaccurate photos and description

This place is a sham. We booked using the hotel's posted pictures as our guide, and when we arrived, we learned that the hotel was NOT as described. - THEY SHOW - Hotels.com and Expedia show a hotel by the seashore, beautiful lights, and romantic views on a balcony with colorful furniture. The advertised "view" is a seaside view with a small field of solar panels & is described as being "very close to the romantic carriage street in Yeo-Su" (it's not). LOOK UP THE ACTUAL HOTEL ON GOOGLE IMAGES. - REALITY - The hotel is ACTUALLY surrounded by other hotels, one of which is abandoned. It's just big, and quite frankly, a little scary looking bc it's a dark, empty building.The parking lot is TINY and the hotel entrance very close to a high-speed mountain tunnel. - REALITY - The room pictures don't accurately show that the actual view from the hotel is NOT a romantic sea, but instead, A GIGANTIC FIELD OF SOLAR PANELS, RAILROAD TRACKS, AND A GIANT CONSTRUCTION SITE. None of this is shown in the pictures you'll see on other hotel websites. The sea is actually far away. The photos have been professionally altered to not show the actual "view". - REALITY - The owners are also untruthful, and will try to discredit you if you leave a bad review. Read the other reviews and you'll see that they are actually disparaging b/c they talk about you AFTER you leave. In one review, they even said to stay elsewhere b/c the customer was honest about their stay! Rude. STAY AWAY!!

깔끔하고 뷰도 예뻐서 너무 만족스러웠어요 :) 특히 펜션주인부부 두분이 너무 친절하셨구요. 그런데, 와이파이가 너무너무 안돼요ㅠㅠ Iptime 하나만 설치하셔서 그런것 같은데, 방마다 공유기 설치하시구 비밀번호 거시면 더 수월한 인터넷 연결이 될 것 같습니다! 그 외는 다 만족스러워요! 기차소리도 하나도 안들려용

방도 깨끗하고 정말 좋았습니다. 건물냄새도 나지 않았으며 아침에 보이는 바다가 좋았습니다. 기차가 밖에 지나가긴 해도 방음이 잘되어 거의 들리지 않습니다. 기차가 지나가는 모습을 찍기 좋습니다. 주인아저씨도 친절하십니다. 다만 외부로 나가기 위해 계속해서 택시를 타야하는 점이 불편했습니다. 심지어 편의점을 가기 위해서도...!! 엑스포역에서 도보로는 절대 갈 수 없는 길이니(가깝긴 하지만 인도라고 할게 없습니다.) 참고하시기 바랍니다.

우울한 여수바다

기찻길..밤새 시끄럽네요..모기 시월인데..많고..무엇보다 에에컨.냉장고소리.....대박입니다. 잠을 못잡니다.. 아침에 그래도 해는 뜨는군요..동향 이군요. 가장. 최악은 냉장고 소리..게다가 밤에는 보이는게 없구..레일바이크도 위험하다고 타지말래는데..먼소린지... 11만원에 모털수준이라면...저같음 호텔 가세요...

호텔이 아닙니다. 진짜 개인 팬션 개념이구요. 로비의 개념이 아에 없고 밤에 늦게 도착했는데 주인 아주머니가 주무시고 계셔서 기다리다가 열쇠 받고 올라갔습니다.

Haeduelchae pension

We really liked the room and would go back, but it would be nice to know more about transportation. They gave us a downstairs room bc I'm pregnant, which was very much appreciated. The balcony was nice and the air was clean. We had a nice view as well. We really should've gotten a rental car because it was about a twenty minute walk to any store. But from there, it was ready to get a taxi. Also, we found a spider as a cockroach in the room! (Understandable bc it was in a wooded area, but we didn't like the bugs!) Even though there were a couple things that weren't great it was overall lovely. I would like to go back again with another couple and next time buy some meat to grill bc they had grills too.

시내에서 멀지만 숙박하기엔 좋은 곳

친절/청결/넓은 베란다가 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 시내와의 접근성입니다. 자가용으로 오긴 했는데 한잔하러 시내에 가려고 대중교통으로 가려고 했더니 쉽게 잡기 힘들더라구요.

무난하게 이용하기 좋은 곳

방에서 바다도 보이며, 가격대에 비해 괜찮다고 판단. 여수엑스포역에서 택시타고 쉽게 움직일 수 있을 정도. 배란다에서 바베큐를 할 수 있다고 들음. 전반적인 구성이 마음에 듦.

예쁘고 깨끗한 호텔~~

사진에서 보던대로 너무 예쁘고 깨끗한 호텔이였어요~~전망도 너무 좋고 왠만한 여수 관광지 이동할때 차로 10분이면 충분해서 좋았어요^^ 주인분께서도 너무 친절하시구 다음에도 여수여행을 간다면 재방문하고 싶네요

Not quite the view in the photograph

The Pension is a little bit away from any shops, restaurants etc. Although there's a bus stop nearby, we used taxis and our son's car to get to and from the apartment. Staff are fantastic and went out of their way to make us feel welcome & as comfortable as possible. View from our apartment was over a railway line, some kind of solar energy farm before looking over the bay which seemed to have numerous trawlers in it most of the time. More like a bedsit (Fridge/freezer, microwave, hob) with a wet room rather than a hotel room which suited us, as other hotel rooms that we stayed in were remarkably small. All in all great value for the money.
