気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
During my stay there after my kids going through unopened outside doors without a key into the supposed pool area that was contaminated with an empty pool with extension cords open wire running into the water that was left with warning caution signs all over the inside doors which also open without a key was horrible and very scary and then the outside property was bulldozed down going right to a lake with no kind of fence or whatnot anything and everything you could think of unsafe raked into piles. The whole 10 foot area also around the dumpster area right all within foot from parking lot and side entry into the property had tons of broken fence pieces with nails and screws and screws and glass about. The biggest issue I have is I was SEVERELY injured inside my room 118 bathroom as I reached over to open the bathroom door 2 ft away as I was on the toilet the whole toilet came undone from the ground and fell over with me on it. I hit the half ft away corner of the sink counter with the right side of my face/ jaw with healing plate and stitches from prior $48000.00 dental titanium rod all of 4 dental implants. The sudden impact disconnected the far back part of my healing plate. I fell into my knee and elbow then sliding into chest. I went to stand up then slid in water that came out of the bottom of the toilet proceeded to then slide and my hand then was bend and twisted and slammed into side of tub and went to stand and slid again backwards landing on my back and leg an hea
