「Wonderful view while brushing your teeth😁」

「We had a wonderful stay at Strawhouse Resort. The property is beautiful, with the cafe and patio along the river. Good pizza and coffee roasted on site. Amazing hospitality from Don, Julia and all the Strawhouse team. We stayed in the yurt. What a fun experience. It was cozy and well appointed. This area along the Trinity River is so beautiful. 」

「It was a wonderful getaway, the house is beautiful and so spacious. The location is wonderful and we really enjoyed our time. The house shows a bit of wear and tear from previous renters, but I will definitely be staying again. The caretakers were communicative and made themselves available for us while we were there. We had a great time!」

「On arrival the code for the door did not work the host was not available by phone. The house was cold upon entering and it took hours to heat up. 2 of the remotes for the mini splits had dead batteries and did not work. The (bed) in the guest room was a box spring with a mattress topper on it. The bed in the master was old and had a large sunken spot in the middle making it very uncomfortable. There was dog poop in the yard around the fruit trees. Overall we did not have a good stay.」
