This classic keys cottage is tucked among the palm trees on the open water of Niles Channel. Enjoy the breath taking sunrises and romantic moonrises, seabirds,dolphins and a nearly south-easterly breeze. This lovely hideaway is next to last home on dead end street, this 2 BR, 2 bath ground level home has a large kitchen and Master suite. This great location is only 30 minutes from historic key west.

Cottage in the Keyes

This cottage/vacation home is absolutely stunning. The pictures are accurate. The decor is beautiful. All necessities were supplied and the hosts were more than generous with thoughtful personal touches. The location is amazing with a view you can look at nonstop. You are close to so many attractions, including Key West, that you can be as busy as you want. We loved our stay here! Hoping to return!

Summerland Key Gem

We really enjoyed our stay in Summerland Key for the month of February. The house was on a very private street and was quite spacious. The master bed and bath are quite large. The master has a king bed and a good-sized closet in the bathroom area. There is access to the front patio from the master bedroom. The master bath has a large shower. Access to the second bedroom/den is off the kitchen. This room has a sofa that can be converted to a bed and has a small desk. There is another small room that has bunk beds. The second bathroom is located off the entrance area from the garage. It also has a shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the bedroom/den. The house was well-equipped, and the appliances worked well. The living room area had a couch and two chairs. The TV set was large and worked well. This was a working vacation for my husband, so he set up his work area on the dining room table with a view of the back patio and ocean. The internet was good, and the speed of the connection was adequate for our purposes. The view from the back patio was very nice. The patio had many chairs, small tables, and a propane fire pit. We did not have use of the garage during our stay but there was plenty of room to park in the driveway. The washer and dryer were in the garage. The house did not have central air/heat but had two individual units. One in the living/kitchen area and one in the master bedroom. The area is beautiful, clean, and safe.

Wow what a find!

Quiet, peaceful and serene. The photos are very accurate. The cottage was immaculate, newly renovated and nicely decorated. We indulged ourselves every morning with coffee on the deck overlooking the water to watch the spectacular sunrises, launching the kayaks right off the property, and walking and biking around this friendly island with very little traffic. The owners thought of every detail to make our stay extremely enjoyable. The big kitchen was fully equipped for foodies. The main bedroom with adjoining deck and generous modern bathroom was wonderfully comfortable. The small room off the kitchen had a surprisingly comfortable pull-out sofa and it had its own full bath which was perfect for the occasional overnight guests. The third bedroom with bunk beds would be great for one or two kids but a bit tight for adults. Raul was a fantastic host and communicated with us throughout our stay. We are an older couple with mobility issues. We really appreciated the accessibility of this home. We spent a super 33 days and will definitely be back.
