This spacious new oceanfront construction home offers 4 bedrooms with 5 queen beds and 3.5 bathrooms ,sleep up to 10. large state of the art well equipped Kitchen, laundry room with super large washer and dryer (detergent are supplied) and outdoor passenger elevator, fenced and private heated pebble tech saltwater pool which thoughtfully designed to allow you to lay back and relax as you watch the sunset across the breathtaking open water view or enjoying the night sky and stargazing, this new home has a lovely open entertaining feel to the living room, dining and large outdoor spaces! each of the 4 bedrooms has ocean views and own private balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning as you look out at the magnificent water views! Each coastal designed bedroom also has its own flat screen TV as well as a large flat screen TV in the living room, Incredible well equipped kitchen and state of the art appliances. Enjoy the spacious outdoor balconies. The first-floor screen balcony has an outdoor dining and seating area, and the upper balcony has also a dining table and lounge chairs. There are 13 kayaks and multiple life vests sizes , fish cleaning table on dock, large 36 inch Weber BBQ grills and large 36 inch Weber griddle, chairs, lounge chairs and much more.
The garage contain 2 large chest freezer for ice, bait and storing fish .
Also 2 front door freezers to store ice and frozen foods and 1 large fridge with freezer on top contain 24 large reusable ice packs . You can even swim and snorkel in the clear waters right off your front yard. The large brick paved covered space under the house is for your entertaining pleasure. There is an outdoor shower and 34 feet of private dock. You are about 15 minutes short boat ride to the famous Looe key national reef! Looe key reef offers some of the most spectacular diving and snorkeling in the United States! Just a little further out to deep water and you will encounter some of the best sport fishing only the Florida Keys can offer. You can watch the dolphins from your own balcony, The home has very high-speed WIFI, and printer , streaming thousands of movies and shows through Amazon prime, HBO, HBO max, Starz, show time, paramount (CBS all access), PBS, discovery, Cinemax , Sling TV orange and blue package plus sports package, Netflix and peacock. Hand soap,towels,body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and hair dryers are provided ,The property has also a separate not attached guest house, which is not for rent. the guest house is used only by the owner and will stay vacant during your stay unless in emergency if the owner has to come to do some repair for a day or two. Rentals is preferable from beginning of the month to the end of the month, 28 days minimum stay per Monroe county.
No subleases allowed no exception to this rule, Smoking is prohibited and not allowed on property inside or outside . pets are welcome, no firework allowed, we are on mile marker 23 close enough to key west (15 Min. drive) to enjoy the Mallory square, sights, the famous Duval Street, tour the Hemingway house, Mel fisher's museum, president Harry Truman winter white house, key west lighthouse or take a trolley about town. Experience the exciting nightlife, wonderful restaurants and hundreds of unique shops. yet far enough away from key west to be in a quiet, serene retreat on open water.
You can head north (5 Min. drive) to big pine key, home of the National key Deer Refuge, (10Min. drive) to Bahia Honda state park, or (20 Min. drive) to marathon to enjoy beautiful dinning, shops, marinas, boat rentals, banks, gas stations, groceries and restaurants, hardware stores are all close by.
The home is fully equipped , all you need is your groceries and energies to explore the Florida Keys.

please inform the owner of any accidental damage small or big that may happen during your stay (include a photo) so he can arrange for replacements.

please pick up after your pets and discard in trash. please replace what you use from the house supplies before you depart . the house also is equipped with closed caption OUTDOOR ONLY security cameras to cover all points of entry for your safety and security. Garbage collection is on Monday and Thursday and recycling is on Wednesday. No recreational vehicle (RV.) allowed to park on the property. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

Unattended children using the pool is prohibited.

WAIVER, RELEASE, DISCHARGE, ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY, AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK FOR USING THE KAYAKS, RAFTS, FLOATING DEVICES INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PROPERTY.

As a renter, I acknowledge that there is an element of risk that is associated with any sport or activity associated with outdoors. Certain danger can never be eliminated but can be minimized by following safety rules and regulation. These dangers include, but are not limited to the following:

Falling out of the tube, raft or kayak into the ocean, falling while on or near the shore, colliding with rocks or other boaters , exposure to cold water and or inclement weather, drowning, and exposure to plants, Insects, and or animals capable of producing adverse physical reaction.

I freely acknowledge and realize the danger of participating in such activity, as a renter (renter’s family, guest and friends) i fully assume all the risks. I certify that those occupying the rental property during the stay are fully capable of participating in ocean activities and are fully capable of operating the equipment available for use. Therefore, I assume full responsibility for myself and any others staying or visiting at the rental property, or those in use of the equipment provided, for any bodily injury, death, or loss of personal property, and or expenses which result from the use of such equipment. I realize that boating, kayaking and rafting activities require physical exertion and we are in sound medical condition capable of participating without risk to others or ourselves, I understand and accept that any medical cost incurred with respect to emergency medical treatment or medical treatment from the use of the kayaks, rafts, tubes or other equipments will be my responsibility. I also understand due to Shallow water (4feet)on front of the property that I am as a renter and all others staying or visiting at the rental property that we are not under any circumstances allow to jump or dive from the boat dock into the ocean or dive into the pool, this type of activity may cause serious injury.
(The maximum pool depth is 6 feet, no jumping or diving in the pool).

I hereby release, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the property owners from all losses, costs, damages, claims, demands, rights and causes of action of whatever kind, including reasonable attorney fees and including all negligence claims or causes of action. Which may arise and which result from illness, personal injuries, property damage, death or any other damages or injuries, not included herein occurring during or because of my participation in the equipment usage. I understand that I am assuming all risks inherent in rafting, kayaking, tubing and boating. I understand and agree that this shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

I agree that I have been instructed in the proper use and adhere to all safety rules and regulation of operating rafts, tubing and kayaking and other equipment. These instructions have been made clear to me, and I understand the full function of the equipment. I will visually inspect and functionally test this equipment before its use.
As the primary renter I take responsibility for for myself and all of my family, friends or guests’ staying in the rental property during my stay.

Please do not tamper with any equipments or change any setting on ( TV or AC ) on any other equipment on the property without the owner permission.


I further agree to pay for any equipment provided to me which is lost or damaged while in my possession during this rental period.

Passenger Elevator:

The passenger elevator Maximum weight allowed is 750 pounds. Only allow no more than 2 persons at one time.

Elevator is to be used only by elderly with disability or any person with medical disability who cannot use the house steps.

The elevator can not be operated by anyone under the age of 18, (Only adults) please keep children away. never allow children under age of 13 to ride elevators completely unattended, children should always be accompanied by an adult who holds their hands and ensures they do not play near the doors or buttons.
Never play with the doors: keep hands, feet, bags and clothing away from doors, the gap between the Cable cart, walls and doors can trap fingers and lead to severe entrapment.
No jumping or playing: jumping in the elevator can cause a sudden malfunction or trigger the emergency brakes potentially trapping passengers.
Do not push all the buttons: pressing all buttons disrupts elevator operation and can trigger false alarms.
The owner is not responsible for any harm the elevator may cause due to unsafe use by renters and their guest. the renters are responsible for all cost associated with damage repair due to unsafe use of the elevator.
In case of Emergency.

Never try to escape
Use your cell phone to call any member of your group to manually lower the elevator to ground level and manually open the door.

The house is not design to accommodate anyone with wheelchairs.
