気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
I wanted to like to like this property, but it had some issues. That said, if the Property Manager had been kinder or tried a little more to address those issues I would not be leaving a negative review. First off, this is not a "cottage" as the listing states. It is an old camper with an addition built onto it. And the camper is so old that it had ceilings in the kitchen and bedroom that were so low I would hit my head on them (I'm 6'1", tall but not off-the-charts). Secondly, the place was dirty and it smelled moldy. The floors had dirt and other peoples' hair on them. We also found small clumps of other peoples' hair folded up in the "clean linens." The back patio had dead leaves and dirt piled onto it and on the patio furniture. It clearly had not been cleaned in months. Also, there was an old door leaned against the patio couch with rusty screws sticking up. Overall, this was not a place that I would have paid money to stay in. I messaged the property manager about these issues and she immediately got defensive and she lied and said the listing stated that it was a camper. She eventually offered either a tiny double-digit refund or a visit from the cleaning staff. Clean would've been an improvement, but it would have done nothing to fix the low ceilings nor the mold problem, which was so bad my wife's asthma was kicking up. There are better places in this area for similar prices. Skip this one and avoid the headache.
