This is a newly remodeled four bedrooms elegant house. The property located in the heart of Summerland Key. It is the perfect Key for a vacation getaway. Summerland Key is an island in the lower Florida Keys about 20 miles east of Key West. The island has a private airport located 3 blocks from the house. The airport can be used by the guests of the house. Summerland is the perfect spot for fishing, hiking, boating, kayaking, and cycling. There is an oceanfront pool, where you can soak up the sun just steps from the house all year round. Breathtaking views of the crystal blue ocean and sunsets can be seen throughout the property. Dine outside with island vibes under the tiki hut. The house also includes a billiards table in the carport. Disclaimer: THE DOCK is a solid steel located in a deep water canal with a 6' control draft, it was recently rebuilt.

KITCHEN & DINING
Modern granite countertops with a full set of stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen has a microwave oven (no individual oven), coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, french door refrigerator. Dining table with chairs (additional foldable commercial dining table available with 8 chairs) with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean.

We do provide guests with a very basic toiletry starter kit.

BEDROOMS &BATHS
This two-story home sleeps up to 12 guests in four bedrooms.
The first master bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a king-size bed. You can enjoy waking up to the view of the ocean from your room. It has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The other bedroom on the first floor is furnished with one bunk bed (top bunk is an extra-large twin and the bottom bunk is extra-large full). There is also a twin-sized bed in the room. This room can sleep four guests. Right outside the door is the bathroom with a tub and shower.
On the second floor, the elegant second master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a 56" curved TV. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is another bedroom on the second floor. The entrance is through the master bedroom. The fourth bedroom has one bunk bed (top bunk is an extra-large twin and the bottom bunk is extra-large full) and full sleeper. This room has gorgeous natural lighting and breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean.
OUTDOOR AREA
House has a pool with a picturesque view of the ocean (The pool is professionally maintained and is serviced once a week. The pool is not heatted. We live in a National Wildlife Refuge. Wildlife, particularly birds, have a mind of their own and sometimes wind blows debris into the pool. You may need to skim the pool in between services. We highly recommend you do not feed birds and wildlife.). The tiki hut is the perfect setting for romantic outdoor dining. The pool is not heated. In the evening, the whole yard is illuminated with stellar lights. You can have a serene walk in the acreage yard.
The outdoor grill comes with 2 propane tanks. ADDITIONAL REFILL ARE NOT PROVIDED. Multiple businesses in the area provide exchange or refill.

The amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, parking space for up to ten cars. The driveway is boat and trailer friendly. Street parking is also readily available.
