"Nice little hotel, spacious clean room with food amenities. Breakfast was different and interesting. Customer attention is horrendous though, when I checked in, the concierge took my suitcase to bring to the room after check in, he went somewhere and reception staff were having a chat. Went to my room, waited and waited and then after 20min I called reception, they said someone will bring it up shortly, 10min later still waiting. I went down and brought it up myself at the end, reception staff...
