"Agus at front desk was superb. He made my check in so smooth, and upgraded my room. Agus checked in many times to ensure my stay was comfortable. Also Agus arranged a breakfast box for me which came as a surprise. I have stayed at the same hotel for some times, this time was made so special by Agus, I was so thankful and appreciative.
