The detached holiday home, built in 2020, is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.


Location
Sukošan. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.


Special
Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), telephone and PC. Television reception is via satellite.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of May to mid-September, 4 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep).


Dogs
allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Shopping 100 m, restaurant 150 m, town centre 200 m. Sukosan: pharmacy 150 m and doctor 300 m. Disco, cinema, bank each 7 km in Zadar. Airport in Zemunik 9 km. Children's playground 100 m. Kitchen (walk-through room) with dining area, electric stove (induction stove, ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in der Villa Family ,es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war sehr ,sehr sauber. Mateo der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit . Restaurants , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind in ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jedenfall nochmal wieder kommen.L.g. Familie Schmidt
