気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Do not stay here! The room pictures must be from another hotel as our was not at all like shown.
Issue 1: said the room number out loud with a room full of men. (I am a single female with you g child)
Issue 2: after going through several doors and mini flights of stairs where the floors were disgusting, we arrive at our room. The smell of cigarette was so strong it left the odor on our luggage. (Non smoking room)
Issue 3: dresser holding the non functional TV (even remote was missing backing and pieces) was broken and falling apart.
Let’s go right into cleanliness! One bed skirt had a unknown white substance caked on, room was clearly not fully cleaned prior as we found a open pack of silverware behind the chair, a used Q-Tip in the drawer of the night stand, 1 light on night stand didn’t have a light bulb (therefore not working), giant black burn mark on ceiling above one bed, walls had splatter marks, mirrors and tv has unknown substances caked on. Under one bed was a long reusable tote, other bed had wraps of something. Bathroom door and other things had not been wiped down in a few months easy. Beds did not have a fitted sheet or even a protector of any sort and mattresses were so yellow either from smoke or VERY old age.
We checked in late at night and left very early without even trying the breakfast. We wanted to get as far away as possible.
Staff was friendly and is probably the only positive thing I can say.
