Dear Sir, We are sorry about your impressions, however that day we explained to you that emails were not received due to problems of internet in our neighbourhood due to weather conditions, you said "that is not my problem", in any case we didnt let you go, and try to respect the voucher you showed us in your phone, as a compensation we gave you a room within the policy of the voucher services described. If you didn't like the room we would have gladly showed another one. We belive things can improve if communication with the guest is fluent, in that moment, when something can be done, not later. The previous reviews show we are always willing to help and assist our guests. The double bed described in the voucher is the size we have in the hotel.
