Seafront Villa with Stunning views

This 900sqm majestically positioned beachfront estate is located outside the village of Glifa, a two-hour drive north of Athens.
The villa is immersed in lush vegetation surrounded by 20 hectares of olive groves, cedar trees and a breath-taking view overlooking the sea.
The estate is entered by driving down a circular driveway leading up to the residence which consists of two separate wings on two levels, each with its own entrance, patios and sitting areas, a swimming pool and an indoor garage.

The ground level consists of a large entrance, living area with fireplace, dining area, kitchen, 4 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 2 guest wc.The level bellow opens up to beautiful gardens and includes linen and laundry facilities, a spacious playroom, ping pong room, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.This contemporary estate is ideal for serene getaways and ultimate privacy.Secret pathways lead to magnificent vistas, glade gardens and to a beach with crystal clear water.Moreover the villa can be approached by the airport of Achialos which is just a 30 min drive.

July vacation
