Spacious rooms and nice outdoor space. Love that they’re pet friendly! Plenty of space for me and my dog on our stay. Room and halls could have used some cleaning - lots of bugs/spiderwebs, but overall a good stay. Would stay again.

The hotel is old, but clean. There was a coffee station in the little lobby that was empty both times we attempted to get coffee or hot water. There was a hair dryer in the room and a tiny bottle of shampoo, and also a tiny fridge on the floor. That was it for amenities in the room. We liked the location, on the southern end of Door County & the close proximity to Potawatomi State Park, which is beautiful with nice hiking trails. We also liked the affordable price. It’s a quaint place to stay, if you just need a place to sleep after a long day of exploring Door County.

The lobby and dining area were very nice. The outdoor patio and grounds are very nice. It is in a quiet area off the main road. The room needed updating. It had pink carpet and chipped paint. It was very clean though. Only saw one employee who was bartending and checking in guests at the bar. She was very nice. Kitchen hours are quite limited.

Room was amazing. Definitely would stay here again. Loved the bar tender. Made an awesome old-fashioned. Also made us feel very welcome. Location was off the beaten path yet still very close to all the activities going on in the area.

It is very old building. Our room is pretty big with 2 queen size beds. Beds are clean. Internet was a problem. Hotel offers a free wi-fi connection but from our room it didn't work. TV was dirty. I think they wiped with a dirty paper or something, It has enough parking, so parking is not a problem. It is difficult to find a responsible person. Office is almost always locked. No breakfast. They offer dinner but we didn't eat there.

This is our second time staying at the White Birch Inn. The building is older but everything was to our satisfaction.There is a bar and restaurant on the premises that we really enjoyed. Great food and the staff was excellent. We'll be back.
