Property was dirty. Hair in the bed, side door to the building didn’t latch so just anybody can walk in. Staff when we checked in was rude. Didn’t give directions to our room. Pool was empty. Wouldn’t recommend staying. Bathroom was the only nice looking/decent thing in the entire hotel.

From the front door of lobby to rooms carpeting filthy. Chunks of baseboard laying on floor electric outlets loose First room second floor lights not working. Bed looked like someone had been laying on it run down inside and out no working elevator i have disability. Pool not working. Staff rude was angry we complained. I would never!! Stay at one of these again given a room on first floor bathroom clean but back door had to be forced to close and lock terrible and way over priced

Three problems, no hot water in bathroom sink, poor lighting and coffee maker needs to be replace. No deal killers, but things that need to address. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The pool was not listed as under construction and picking this hotel because it had a pool in the first place, was upsetting to get there and find out it was not open.

Check-in process was very easy since we booked with Expedia. However, front desk was rude about that. After the initial meet and greet and situations with checking in, we saw zero staff at the hotel. There is a pool however the pool is completely empty. I had a really hard time trying to get comfortable at this hotel. The maintenance on this hotel is lacking. Carpets are dirty, chairs have paint on them and cushions look to be falling off, bathroom walls have blobs of paint, and furniture is scratched. But the worst part was the smell. Overwhelming smell of mildew. We were on a ground level that had a window that could open. Despite safety concerns I had to open the window to even breathe. I am from the country and deal with terrible smells all the time, but this was not good. We still stayed the night due to all hotels being booked in the area. My nose is plugged this morning as I’m writing this review. When I woke up, I took a shower and the water was hot. Bathroom was clean, but the water pressure was so low. I couldn’t even get the soap out of my thin hair for several minutes. I’ve definitely stayed at worse, but I would never stay here again.

The pool was out of order, the elevator was out of order and we got put on the second floor, there were no custodials to clean the rooms, our room keys didnt work after the first night, the tv didnt work, the breakfast waffle mixture was seperating, and the price was all the same.

It was fine for just a couple night stay, breakfast was decent nothing special. Pool was empty. But room was clean, all towels, sheets and blankets were clean. Tv only had one channel.

The pool was broke one of the reasons we stayed disappointed kids to say the least, there no housekeeping in sight bedding was gross and stained carpet throughout needs to be ripped out and started on fire. The only reason we stayed was i knew we were not getting our money back and it was 6:30 p.m was grossly misrepresented on yoir website. Will never return.
