"great staff and location"

"The location is definitely the best part of this hotel and was worth it for convenience. However, the service and room cleanliness were disappointing. I stayed for four nights, and housekeeping never came unless I repeatedly asked. At one point, an employee even placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of my door so they wouldn’t have to service the room. I had to speak with a manager just to get the room cleaned and receive fresh towels. They were also doing construction during my stay, so there was loud banging early in the mornings, making it far from peaceful. While the location was perfect, the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and noise made the overall experience frustrating."

"Great ideal location for the Eiffel Tower and public transportation. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast was tasty. Only downsides were the bed wasn't that comfortable for our taste, very loud partying outside a few nights (room was facing the street), and you couldn't control the ac unit in the room, it was locked. Overall we would definitely stay here for our next trip to Paris!"

"SThe hotel’s location is unmatched - literally step from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel rooms - make sure to book one with a balcony and a view - have exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the roam are small, but location, location, location. "

"We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. After returning to our room one evening, we found that the towels we had placed on the floor to be replaced had been rehung on the rack. When we contacted the front desk, we were told no staff were available to provide fresh towels. The offered solution, complimentary breakfast, was not useful since this was our final night. We had also requested a city view room but were assigned one facing an interior courtyard. We were told this was an upgrade, though it did not reflect that in either view or features. Additionally, the name displayed on the in-room television was incorrect, and the toilet seat had a visible crack. These details did not meet expectations for a five-star property. There were some positives. The concierge team was helpful and polite, and we appreciated the welcome bottle of champagne at check-in. Overall, the experience fell short of the standard we expected. We hope this feedback helps both future guests and the hotel in improving consistency and attention to detail."

"Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had a lovely room in the back of the hotel that was very private and quiet. The rooms were cleaned daily, the bed very comfortable and other amenities included beverages in the in-room refrigerator, hair dryer, safe and toiletries. Would highly recommend - centrally located to shops, restaurants, and the train station. Will definitely return!"

"Fabulous location, a few minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe and 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Good access to the Metro and plenty of excellent restaurants around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with a balcony. Good reception area with area to relax and have free tea or coffee. Adequate breakfast which was included with our room."
