Property was nice. Advised if i booked direct i would have got parking included. The fridge in the room was not working and no extra pillows were avaliable. Got a stiff neck and no cold storage for my wifes insulin which i had booked a executive room.

A place in watford not to be missed. The apartment was spacious. The cleanliness was 10/10. The facilities were immaculate. The lady at reception, was so welcoming. She constant had a genuine smile on her face. I would definately pay again to stay there. Thank you Livin
