Ocean Club members! Country club membership is available for a $300 fee to the Marriott Resort for your entire stay for up to 4 people (the Marriott charges hotel guests 35 per day for the same privileges): On Site Restaurants and Bars, 3 additional pools, 2 hot tubs, plus golf, tennis, pickleball, and 2 fitness centers. We have our own heated pool and beach access if you choose not to join.
Tucked away on South Hutchinson Island, the Treasure Coast's 16 mile lush
barrier island, is a unique resort that greets guests with the

The IRP Marriott Resort stretches across 200 acres of Hutchinson Island, bordered on one side by the clear Atlantic Ocean and on the other by the shimmering Indian River. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with sleeper sofa has a Caribbean feel with a colorful interior. Kitchen is fully equipped.
New and better WiFi! Located on the third floor with two balconies for unobstructed views of the ocean and next to the Tiki hut bar and restaurant. The beach is just steps away.
Renter can sign up and pay at the golf shop for the membership cards it is currently (may change) $300/family. I do require a contract and photo ID.
IMPORTANT: There could be some construction noise from the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday, during the period between July 21 and November 15, while building repairs are being done. Some days there will be no work being done and no noise, and some days there will be work being done that may cause noise. Our building manager does not have a clear schedule of when this work could be done. Prices have been reduced to reflect the potential for construction noise and inconvenience during this period of time.
