BLUE LEISURE – B is a cute 1 queen bedroom/1 bath unit. The unit offers a small, yet fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom and cozy family room with a pullout queen sofa. Located less than a mile from beautiful downtown Stuart, you’ll enjoy a huge variety of shops, restaurants, bars and waterfront sightseeing as well as fishing and beaches just a short car ride away! Laundry on premises. Dogs allowed w/prior approval. $25 per pet fee. While BL-B, is small, it is cozy and has everything needed for a great stay. It has a separate bedroom and a pullout couch in the family room. The bathroom is roomy and we provide a hair dryer as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toaster and stove/oven. There is a small kitchen table under the tv that can be pulled out to have seating for four. The entire trip-plex is surrounded by a privacy fence, so if you happen to bring your furry friend, he/she will have a fenced area to safely play in! There is parking for 2 cars. Please park on the right side of the driveway facing the building. A shared laundry room is located on the rear right side of the building. The code to the door is 6789. Laundry detergent is located under the kitchen sink. You can reach me anytime! Located on a quiet street, less than a mile from downtown Stuart. Blue Leisure B is located in a tri-plex, with 2 other units. All 3 units share a laundry room, located on the rear side of the building. The entire tri-plex is surrounded by a privacy fence.
