最高のロケーションホテル！
客室はクラッシックな感じでお部屋から望むマジョーレ湖の景色は最高です。 ホテルのロビーはゴールド色に彩られていて少し派手な装飾です。 スタッフはとても親切です。

湖のすぐそば
歩いて湖畔にいけます。とにかく目の前。この距離なら水着でもok。ホテルは超豪華。（値段も相当いきますが）設備も充実してるので早い時間にチェックインをおすすめします。

I went here for a solo trip and enjoyed a relaxing 2 days. I loved sitting by the pool. The lifeguard was so kind and friendly. The staff at the front desk and breakfast were not very friendly. Beautiful property right by the little town and with a view of the gorgeous lake!

True experience
Beautiful ole hotel, with charming interior and feeling of a time-travel. The hotel really is worth a visit but is maybe in need of slight upgrade. We went there in November, and the off-season timing gave our visit an additional plus: everything was quiet apart from some sounds of renovation. The hotel might not be perfectly comfortable, but it’s something you will remember.

Place to be. Améliorer la propreté de la chambre, tv indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Cartes magnétiques d'accès aux chambres qui se désactivent sans cesse, très désagréable de devoir passer plusieurs fois par jours. Belle piscine couverte.

Close to amenties, bathroom facilities rather small not suitable for larger people eg shower, bath. On arrival room and bed linen felt damp, room cold, no facilities to heat room, staff tried their best to accommodate. No tea/coffee facilities in room.

Tolles Hotel, top Lage, leider Dauerbeschallung
Wunderschönes Hotel an toller Lage. Swimmingpool super schön und gut gepflegt. Guter Bademeister der für Ordnung sorgt. Leider wird man überall mit Musik beschallt was mit der Zeit äusserst stört. Die Zimmer sind teilweise auch sehr schlecht voneinander isoliert, so dass man jedes Wort des Nachbarn mithören kann.

Je viens dans cette hôtel depuis de nombreuses années, mes 2 fils sont fans de la piscine intérieure qui est incroyable. On a deja fait le Bromées, mais ils ont 11 et 14 ans et sont depuis tout petit tombés amoureux de cette piscine avec sa grotte. Nos 2 chambres étaient nettement moins bien que la dernière fois, les joints sdb sont à refaire. La literie n’est pas terrible pour un hôtel de ce niveau. Nous étions sur l’arrière d’une résidence qui est à côté de l’hôtel, il y a de grandes tours de soufflerie. Impossible de profiter du balcon, le bruit est énorme et la nuit impossible de garder la fenêtre ouverte. La soufflerie de ces tours d’aération ?????? fait beaucoup de bruit. Petit-déjeuner terriblement bon et copieux comme toujours, le personnel du petit-déjeuner est très sympa. Le bar fait des cocktails de folie, le personnel est très attentionné. Accueil professionnel. Les jardins Sont magnifiques et la piscine extérieur très agréable. Ma femme a adoré sont massage au spa. Seul regret, comme indiqué la chambre qui n’était pas à la hauteur. En plus les 2 étaient coincées entre l’ascenseur et l’escalier de service. On a vraiment pas pu profiter de la tranquillité habituelle.

The hotel is in the centre of Stresa and opposite the main square / small departure points for the boats. It is a grand hotel and the appearance is magnificent. Room was Very nice, Spa was good and breakfast was good too. Things that should be improved: - the outdoor swimming pool / jacuzzi water temperature is more suitable for bears and penguins. For such an hotel, it is unacceptable not to have the water slightly heated at least - bathrooms are on the smaller side and bits of it needs TLC

Stunning location, beautiful hotel with friendly , helpful, attentive staff. Matteo was fantastic greeting us in the morning making us feel welcome. Fabulous meal in the Charlston and Simone made the most amazing crepes.
