Hangout amongst the trees atop the TREEHOUSE or stay on the ground and take a nap in the HAMMOCK or relax in the HOT TUB and SAUNA. Roast marshmallows by either one of the 2 fire pits. Located 8-12 min to Mt Snow and Stratton Mountain and 1 mi from the National Forest. Sleeps 8 NON-SMOKING guests in 4 bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms.

What a house! The house exceeded everything that we expected! The house showed exactly as it was in the pictures. Set back in the woods it was a relaxing mountain escape.

Perfect place for a VT getaway
Everything about this property is wonderful. The space is updated and spotless. Everything we needed was there with the exception of an automatic coffee maker but that was solved with the French press that was there (it tastes better made in a French press anyway).
From the outdoor/indoor games to the treehouse, the hot tub to the sauna, there is so much entertainment built in for both adults and kids/teens. The owners are super responsive and even messaged us to let us know there was a blueberry festival happening nearby. We are already planning our next trip and we will be staying at Hygge House again!

Weekend getaway
The owners were fantastic to work with! They were responsive, informational and were happy to answer any questions we had of the area. The Hygge house was the perfect size for our 2 families to enjoy the weekend, we did not want to leave! There is an incredible amount of nature to enjoy with 20 minutes of the house whether you want to hike or fish and if you wanted to relax at their home you can comfortably inside or outdoors at the fire pit or even in the treehouse to play checkers! We cooked in each night ... The kitchen was spacious and easy for us all to move around in. There is a large patio in the back with a grill as well. We loved the shuffleboard and the sauna would be amazing come Fall or Winter. We will definitely return!

Beautiful Vermont Getaway
Truly beautiful house in Vermont. A wonderful getaway for my friends and I. Would highly recommend and would love to come back again! Communication with Meredith and Josh was clear and quick when needed. House was spotlessly clean!
