The so-called hotel is in an apparent building, no indication which door and where to go. We arrived at 9:30 after a long day of travel and nobody there for check-in. Nobody answers the phone. This place is sketchy.

Chambre sale, douche sale. Pleins de moute par terre. Des bestioles dans la douche. La réceptionniste d arrivée pas souriante. Les alentours très sales. Il y avait que 1 rouleau de papier toilette plus qu'entamer et pas de nouveau. Le petit déj est très limité manque surtout du salé. Paiement cher pour tous ces désagréments

Più che camera la definirei una cella sporca , servizi igienici ridotti tutto dentro in una cabina doccia, stanza 2x2 mt; pagata 240,00 una notte!!!!!! In Italia con tale cifra paghi un 4 stelle superior ! Infine personale di colore nerodella hall , mi ha negato mezzo bicchiere d acqua per prendere una pillola.e al mio supplicare di darmi acqua per la pillola mi ha spinto fuori dalla hall ! Da denunciare ! Uno schifo.

No towels in room, bathroom door broken, toilet roll holder broken. Room wasn’t serviced in all 5 days we weee there despite putting sign on door to ask. No clean towels or bins emptied. Breakfast basic bit ok but not enough tables & chairs when hotel busy! Had to ask for more baguettes, fruit & croissants. Tiny pillows & hard bed

Manque de prestations et inconfortable literie.

Literie très moyenne , matelas qui fait un creux au milieu très un confortable en couple. La tv , il manque plusieurs chaînes tnt France . Signaler a l'accueil le lendemain matin mais bon c'est un service manquant compris dans la réservation. C'est un hotel première classe pas un formule 1!!!!! . Je reverrai plus tard si c'est solutionner sinon je n'y reviendrai plus.

Tout est positif dans l'ensemble sauf qu'il faut quand même aller chercher à l'accueil les serviettes de bain et les rouleaux papier toilette alors qu'elle devrait être en place lors de la remise du Pass j'ai constaté également que votre hôtel fait payer le parking ce qui est très rare dans votre catégorie et tu peux de ce fait éloigner la clientèle

Très bon sejour

Très bon accueil. Il n’y avait pas de service mais dès le départ on nous a prevenu. La literie était très très confortable. Les voisins n’ont pas été bruyant, nous avons donc pu très bien dormir. Le petit, parfait! 🙏
