I arrived at the property, paid for it but after seeing the room the property representative and I both agreed that the property was not suitable for my needs. The property representative promised to annul the transaction but he never did as he had promised. 「Extreme itchiness from the sheets on the bed - could hardly sleep due to it. VERY THIN WALLS and could hear everything in the next room. I asked to be switched to a different room but did not receive a timely response (there are no staff onsite - remote only). I asked for a partial refund and was denied. You are also fairly far from the center of Alesund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.」

「Highly recommend - it was the most beautiful place we stayed at during our Norway visit. Our property was right on the Oppstrynsvatnet lake. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and had all amenities - full kitchen, dining, iron, hair dryer. The house also had an in-house sauna in addition to a Panaroma sauna on the property.
