Apartment 2:
The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 persons + possibly Infant. In the entrance you come into a small corridor area with a large wardrobe. Behind it is the spacious living and sleeping area with a large double bed (180x200cm, separate mattresses) and a small sitting area. The serperate kitchen is equipped with sink, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, daily kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery etc. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink. Cot (without bedding) and high chair are available in the apartment free of charge.

Living in one of the oldest houses in StralsundThe two apartments are located in the city center on the Old Market, in a quiet and historic side street. You live on the ground floor of a three-storey, renovated old building, which was built in 1331, making it one of the oldest buildings in Stralsund. Each of the two apartments is tastefully and functionally furnished. Each one has a fully equipped kitchen. The harbor and OZEANEUM are only 200m away. The city's main attractions, museums, the theater, as well as numerous restaurants and shopping facilities are just a short distance away and can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes. In addition, there are many good restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars in the immediate vicinity. We look forward to welcoming you.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Das Appartement ist sehr klein, die Ausstattung war im großen und ganzen ok, aber die Ausstattung an Gläsern war sehr bedürftig !! Der Kühlschrank funktionierte zwar, aber der Verschluß zu Kühlfach war defekt und die Beleuchtung auch. Die Fliesenzwischenräume im Duschbereich waren nicht gut gesäubert. Das Handbuch zum Appertement war nicht auffindbar. Der Hinweis zum Internetcode auf dem Tisch war nicht so wie beschrieben. Das Ganze machte einen etwas vernachlässigten Eindruck...

Gute Lage

Zentral am Rand der Altstadt gelegen. Parkplatz im Parkhaus ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung war sauber, allerdings war die Küche etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Kein großer Topf, wenig Gläser. Die Bedienung des TV war gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Gute Unterkunft

An sich schöne Unterkunft mit Allem was man braucht wie z.B. Geschirrspüler, Föhn, Handtücher. Dennoch ist es ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und ein paar Dinge könnten aufgefrischt werden. In der Küche müsste, genauso wie in der Dusche, der Schimmel entfernt werden. Ansonsten war die Lage top.

Für den Preis pro Nacht, ist die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad müssten die Fugen erneuert werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend geeignet, um Stralsund kennenzulernen.
