"We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. There was fresh scones with jam and butter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was absolutely immaculate with loads of fresh towels and bed linen. The beds were really comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding area is stunning and the cottage was a great base to explore all of this. Top Straide Hotel Reviews

The Mariner Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The Mariner hotel was a great stay for us . So conveniently located in town . Clean and great breakfast! Would stay there again !"

Twin Trees Hotel & Brusna Falls Leisure

10/10 Excellent

"Four of us stayed at the Twin Trees for a girls night out, and it was a wonderful place! We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel over the two days, and everything was top notch! The front desk manager (Becke?) is excellent at her job - she helped us get taxis and generally handled all of our questions with grace and humor. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the Ballina region."

Westport Plaza Hotel

8/10 Good

"I honestly would give this a 3.5 rating instead of a 4, but it wasn't an option. This hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are very dated. The furniture is worn and tired. The baseboards, doors, and carpets are dented or torn. The upsides to the hotel are the restaurant and bar are great. The food, drinks and staff were all wonderful. I would not stay here again until they've updated the rooms."

The Wyatt Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Loved the Wyatt Hotel in Westport! Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. Very nice breakfast. Staff was fine - not overly warm and welcoming, but helped when asked. Parking was usually available right outside the front door. Price was very reasonable! Loved walking around and shopping in town. Nice fine on our way to Connemara."
