「It was an incredible experience to live alone in an abandoned village in Mani. You feel far away from everything and it is a nice feeling. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes driving. The house is always fresh downstairs in the main bedroom. For the persons who like to hike, unfortunately, a fire occured in august 2021 so it is not very pleasant to walk in the countryside around. 「Incredible location and lovely house, especially the 1st floor accommodation with the lovely balcony and amazing view of the Mani. Kitchen equipment was fine, beds were comfortable, outside shower very useful for sand removal. Beach is lovely with so much space; taverna is fun and food is good. Koroni is a little hike over the hill: extremely cute and thronging in the evening, but a very pleasant, easy-going atmosphere and simple to find great restaurants throughout, many along the quay. 「Der Empfang war herzlich. Die Gastgeberin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch Empfehlungen der Gastgeberin für örtliche Restarants waren ein Volltreffer. Das Haus liegt gut gelegen für kleinere Ausflüge an die schönen umliegenden Strände und die Stadt Kalamata. Aber auch etwas weiter entfernte Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das historische Olympia und Messine sind durchaus eine Fahrt wert. Alles in Allem erwägen wir einen weiteren Aufenthalt. 」
