"You get why you pay for. We just needed a cheap stay for one night. The toilet seat was loose and falling off. The hallway smells like straight up cigarette smoke, and floors were a bit dirty. Pillows were super small (one per head basically). We didnt use the shower but I did look inside and the drain plug was just chilling in the middle, not in the drain where it should have been. A bit weird but not awful. Front staff was very nice. We did sleep well. Beside the floor, toilet, and piece of hair on the blanket we found when we walked in it wasn’t terrible, but not superb. "

"This was our 2nd stay at this home which speaks for itself. Very clean. Perfect location for us to visit with family. River views are amazing! Host is incredibly responsive. We will be booking again and best part is we can bring our pup. She didn't join us this time but has in the past. "

"We had a great stay. The house was welcoming, cozy and looked exactly like the photos. Everything we needed to know was outlined in a book left on the table. Communication with Dan was prompt and courteous. Everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom and even a snow shovel and ice melt were available. It really was a great spot. "

"The home is comfortable…the basement, which is not completely finished…was loaded w spider webs which was a concern..the washer and dryer were there…we paid for 11 nights and were out of common supplies after 3.. owner told us they only supply for a long weekend..would have liked that to have known that prior to renting..we had to shop for supplies..beds were very comfortable, tv selection was great..location was great..but on a busy street so getting to sleep took a minute! Kitchen was well equipped..communication w host was great.."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at this property while our home was being renovated. We were lucky to have stayed for the whole summer, May through September, and it was such a wonderful place to land that had all the comforts of home, and then some! The location is beautiful, set in cozy Oceanside neighborhood with direct access to the water. Close by trails, and downtown Branford is lovely. Tony was so supportive- Always available, quick to help resolve any issues we had. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience."
