"部屋からWiFiが繋がらず、フロントに部屋を変えるよう依頼したが、部屋を変えたからと繋がる保証はないと言って、直接インターネットを管理しているところ電話するよう指示された。結局、最後は部屋を変えてもらい、WiFiを使用することができた。このトラブルのせいで、チャックインご1時間以上無駄な時間を過ごすことになりました。"
